I can see why this court house has a one star rating. The Marriage License department has the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever come across. You’re better off asking Siri or google for related marriage license questions. When my license expired and my husband and I were not able to perform or marriage ceremony on the planned date due to hurricane Irma they pretty much said we’re SOL and confiscated our license and when asked under what policy did they have to confiscate it the employee ran to get her Supervisor and even then the supervisor couldn’t answer the question because they had no right. I strongly advise anyone to go to another court house to get any kind of marital service.
I would like to ask one question ? If your courts work on jurisdiction which exist in the united states of america , why do you use the use the B.A.R system ? The B.A.R system stands for the Brittish Accredited Regency..Once again we are americans and only subject to americas laws and since we set on the water of florida were subject to marytime law..which right there shows you....Danger will robinson...stay far away from this place before they end up breaking your wallet in shreds ponzie scheme with no proper balance in law period. So be nice and rethink before you go asking this court for anything or help..ride it out and behave before these courts will body slam you!...There sherrif office too ...Beware !
No chairs, no desks, no tables, no waiting areas, no soda machines, no nothing. This place looks like a mausoleum. They should rent it out for funerals.
A place to settle disputes between yourself and very bad paint job on your house. First court fees, mediation, then here comes the judge, and final judgement. Around the court house improvements have been made, a parking garage that is covered so your don't get wet. Wide walk ways to walk around lovely landscaping. There is a museum within walking distance so next time I hope to check it out.
Ugly courthouse. Outside it looks like a box. Inside it is generic and boring. It lacks any amenities for the use of the public.
