They make you wait out and I’m pregnant. It’s 90 something degrees. Unacceptable
Owed $355, had it reduced to $25. You do the math. This 5-star review reflects more on the trooper than the court system. Drive safe y'all.
The worst experience I have ever had with a government agency. If you have an issue you need help with you will need to be pushy as reception (at least the lady I spoke with today) is unwilling to offer the help, especially not politely. Wasn't expecting much from the government but come on!! I sent a payment via money order to the office where it was promptly deposited. However, no one recorded that I had paid my balance. I had to pay for a money order inquiry + pay the ticket again online. When I found out a week later they had indeed received my money order and taken the cash, I called back to try and get a refund. It was an unpleasant phone call and I still have no idea whether they are giving me a refund! I was completely cordial with the receptionist and when I asked for help she started yelling at me, basically telling me to figure it out myself or wait and see what happens when the problem is clearly in the Magistrate Courts!!! Will see how the situation ends up. Also don't bother leaving voicemails, because they will not be returned.
