I use this office often. The staff is quick to assist and courteous. It is convenient to submit filings by sending this office the original plus one copy of the document to send back to you for your records, but you must include a return addressed stamped envelope. Also, you can pay fines online to prevent having to enter the building. (CoVid protocols are in place as you enter the building, and your temp will be taken. If you have a fever, you are not allowed to enter the building.) Accomodates online filings and some online payment.
Always either a busy signal or letting it ring. If you need anything best go in person. The public availability of this office puts the DMV to shame.
i've had to come here a few times for the first time in my life and i absolutely am dreading coming back. i can't stand dealing with rude people and every woman i've talked to that work here are so awful and unhappy !
We wanted to go to the Cherokee County Courthouse to get married. They don't do marriages their 'at this time'. The County Clerk will not perform them and they do not have a judge who performs marriages. This is contrary to the information provided on the Oklahoma website. Very disappointed.
