Honestly would give zero stars if possible. March of 2018 I was due for admissions, I was unaware of this! The letter came after my license and registration were suspended, I am now being charged an additional $300/ month for insurance due to this issue. I was informed by the MVA when this happen that it was a mistake on there part and that the situation would be rectified once the fines were paid. What they left out was that the situation would not be properly rectified. I have been on the phone with multiple people and multiple departments from 9:45AM until 11:28AM with still no resolve. I was disrespected multiple times by representatives; leading to not so nice Language from myself resulting in hang up after hang up. Customer service at one point thought they had me on hold while talking to someone about me and my situation. This whole interaction and ordeal has been very unprofessional and unpleasant. I will have spent $2,300 of Unnecessary money for a mistake the MVA made. Apparently it’s my job as a vehicle owner to know the MVA’s every move. “You’re responsible; this is your fault not the MVA’s”
Once you get the hang of the court filing process it all becomes very easy and not at all painful to go file. The clerks are always nice.
