Extremely rude. Always tries to rush you off the phone, extremely impatient, alot of deep sighing on phone calls, when you have multiple questions/ aren't getting off the phone as quick as her highness would prefer. Disgusting behavior for a clerk. Burlington, please, offer sensitivity training to your staff!
