You all must be wondering why on earth would I being giving a five star rating at such a reasoning for having to attend the courthouse. Well for being a first time experience I must say that the officer who escorted and tends to the court office I was in, he was courteous and well mannered. Continued to see people as individuals attending a service. Never did he belittle or be disrespectful and led those who were there for court to designated areas while escorted family members or their companion/friend to their designated area as well. As I sat there, unaware of what was to go on, I was greeted kindly by another gentleman that was there seated for court as well in that group. It was because of his knowledge and helpfulness that I was able to understand what was the next step to proceed in my individual case. The woman whom held the forms was not so much helpful as it seems that she should have been since well, she holds the answers to what steps are to be made for each individual case since she has that responsibility of explaining what is occurring and what each paper means as well as why each page is meant to be chosen. Due to his assistance, I was also able to explain what was going on to another younger individual that was there, man he could be someone’s little brother up in there. As I was called to see the prosecutor I didn’t know what to expect. My heart pounded a little and I had to catch my breathe so I wouldn’t feel so light headed. If there be any other prosecutors out there as her, man then those other places have amazing people. She was there didn’t act snobbish nor rude, she let me know what was needing to get done, advised me on what and why and simply communicated with me about my case. My sincerest gratitude, thank you, big hugs to Susan R. prosecutor at the courthouse. A gem that they happen to have there most certain.
We drove to Caldwell,Texas, from the Woodlands,Texas, regarding a rejected Birth Certificate.I was truly amazed by the service rendered ,in this office. It is "Small Town", however big on,"SERVICE". We were lucky enough to get Sharon Burgess,as our representative from the clerk's office. She went over and beyond when attemtping to assist, with the Birth Certificate mystery. Way to go Sharon. You are Awesome". "A True Professional".
The worst service ever. Watch out they say they are opened until 5 but in the words of the county clerk " they don't work no over time". I'm sorry, 4:30 is not "over time" will never use this court house again.
