Figure out Kentucky probate
Yeah I’ve called the circuit clerk the last 3 days. Each day I’ve sat and listened to my phone ring for at least 5 minutes, because I need a new drivers license. These people can’t even pick up the phone, absolutely pathetic by elected people’s.
I moved to Danville, KY from FL. Every interaction I have had with this office as been a 5 start review. This covers in person as well as on the phone.
Another county sent my child to take the drivers test here... I have never in my life seen an adult be so rude and talk to a child the way this woman did! She gave the permit test and blasted my child bc we are from a different county. It’s not our fault we were sent here to take the test. Not only was she rude, she told my child to tell all her friends from our county that she won’t be giving them a test and proceeded to sigh and walk away from the conversation. Terrible attitude from this lady! Kids are excited and nervous enough from this milestone in their life and she ruined that experience!
These people literally NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE.... how am I supposed to change my court date when I can't get ahold of anyone?! I live 2 hrs away so it's nit like I can just drive up there...
