This is the hardest organization to get in the phone that I have ever experienced. It is really infuriating. That said, when you do get a hold of someone their service is top notch and kind. Please get these great people some reinforcements, and maybe at least a general mail box in the phone tree. The lady at extension or option 7 deserves a raise. She’s a total gem!
I have had numerous occasions to deal with the clerks over last 4 or 5 years on a variety of matters and have found them all to be nice, helpful, efficient, and competent. The couple of times I called they answered and were most helpful. The system is awful, lawyers oughtta be ashamed, but the clerks have been the bright spot.
The first people you see walking in is the X-ray techs or officers. They are extremely unfriendly and barely look up at you! Last time I was there the guy was talking to some lady and never once said anything to me! Professionalism is key and I hope they get better training or some happier and friendly people there! But Five plus stars to the younger man in ticket Dept! He was great and friendly and just a joy!
I recently called multiple times, and multiple days about a payment issue but no one answered the phone. I finally gave it a try again, and the person that answered my call completely doesn't know how to give a good customer service I said thank you on the end of the phone call and she just hang up without saying another word.
I was recently notified that I had a warrant in Benton County. The warrant was from 1997. Long story short the matter was resolved, warrant was quashed and charge dismissed.. The clerks were all extremely helpful, patient, kind, and always responded quickly to my emails and calls. I would like to thank Judy at the clerks office for being especially kind and doing so much to help me when I first found out about my situation. I would like to thank Heather Wright for being so very kind to me and emailing me my dismissal documents so quickly. I would like to thank Dashia for her time and double checking that I’d been contacted by the prosecutor. Finally, I would like to thank the Prosecutor, Michael Rio for looking at my case and dismissing my charge and quashing the warrant. They were all amazing!! I hope they are recognized for the time they put in to doing their jobs with integrity and kindness and compassion!! Thank you again !!
