I don't post many reviews, but after reading the reviews on Google, I thought, wow, this will be a nightmare getting documents signed. Not so; my experience far better than the reviews. I called and the phone was quickly answered...in person. I spoke to three departments and each person does their job efficiently and in a friendly manner. They exemplify how a clerk's office should operate.
Is the child support department open? I been calling for days and all they ever do is send me to voicemail. After leaving a voicemail, nobody ever calls back.
No one answers the phone. Are these folks not working ? Wonderful way our tax monies are spent when the Court house does not answer its phones! It is truly a travesty!
They never answer the phone and when they do you get the run around. They have ZERO desire to help you. Just whatever gets you off the phone the fastest. So rude and extremely disrespectful. So much for customer service/community relations...
