I called today to get assistance with a marriage certificate. Was on hold for over 30 minutes and transferred 6 TIMES only to get to the “switch board” where I was given a phone number to contact the probate court directly. The number they gave me was the number I had dialed and was on the phone with. I was then told by Jenna “there is nothing I can do to help you.” What great customer service! Can’t believe I have to go through this much trouble to get help with our marriage certificate.
Only one very nice lady was wearing a mask. No one else in the whole building was wearing one and everyone else was horribly rude, unprofessional, and acted as if I was a blight that was interrupting their social time. Wish some changes could be made.
I've been talking with Elaine specifically for a few months now regarding a legal name change, and while she's been helpful, she's been hostile and uncaring in more situations than helpful. This whole process could have been severely shortened if she would have given me proper procedure and recommendations for this request, and now I have a few expired documents because of this lack of help.
Not one single person was wearing a mask - they all played on their phones! I was a total interruption to their day! ALL were rude!
none of the employees wear masks, which goes against the state order, it’s very discouraging to see that no one here cares about the health of others, i feel uncomfortable every time i have to come in, if i had a choice i would not come in here at all
