I went to the clerks office to get a paper notarized the hours on the website says 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but when we got there at 4: 36 the office was already closed. I feel like if you're going to put the hours on the website as 5:00 p.m. then you should stay open until 5:00 p.m. or change the time on the website. But I guess the Court decides when they are open for certain people and closed for others especially if you want to contest and eviction notice. I called up there and asked them if the 21 days to file a response is from the day you receive the summons or the day of the summons was filed. No one would give me an answer.
Does not know the Constitutional Rights of Americans! Works with a person who is the city attorney but also the Assistant DA for unjust verdicts! Allowing lies into the court room shall never happen! But if you pay the fine then we will leave you alone till the next time! Hitler wasn't even that mean!
Speedy Trials? Not here you will see where cases will be dragged out for years based on Lies not Facts! They will cover each other to extort money from you and the community and pad their buddies pockets. Lawyers here don’t know about Policies Or Procedures and the Judge lets them extort money with continuances! Better take the plea deal or you will be slandered for years!!!
Totally understand how you only have one star ratings. Thank you for rushing me off the phone- I’m sure you have more pertinent governing duties to tend to in the metropolis of Allen county.
